Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers, Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers and Pressure Equipment
Decometa offers complete engineering services from feasibility studies to turnkey installations. These services include preliminary design, feasibility studies, mechanical detail engineering and process engineering.
Decometa mechanical designs in accordance to API 661, ASME VIII DIV1, TEMA AD2000, Dutch Rules for pressure vessels and CODAP, EN 13 345 .
Structural design is in accordance to the Eurocode, and international building codes.
Decometa performs the calculations for air-cooled and other crossflow heat exchangers for all common process applications including single phase, condensation, and evaporation. Air-side applications include dry air, wet air, or gas mixtures. Our improved design includes optimized equipment designs for a given set of process conditions, resulting in typical savings of 10-30% on the equipment cost per heat exchanger and resulting in reduced energy and operational costs
Re-Rating Pressure Vessels
If process conditions have changed and any of these conditions exceed the original design conditions, we can offer you a re-rating for air-cooled heat exchangers, shell- and tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels and distilling columns.
Optimized designs
Decometa performs the calculations for air-cooled and other crossflow heat exchangers for all common process applications, including single phase, condensation, and evaporation. X-side applications include dry air and wet air.
Optimizing the designs, allows savings of up to 30% or more for capital and operating costs.
